  • Allotted an 8ft table spot near registration are for a vendor/Promotional table for your business

  • Tables provided with 2 chairs

  • Business must secure their own banners and tablecloth

  • Business is responsible for removing banners and cleaning table promptly at the end of the event

Water Station - $150

  • 1 station available near registration area per event

  • Tables provided with 2 chairs

  • Ability to promote business with banner and wearing company shirts

  • Company may provide branded water cups/ water bottles

When donating, please indicate how many of each item can be provide. Please package all items in containers that do not need to be returned such as a carboard box or shipping bag. Please complete the form found on the last page.
