Butler County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Training
The Foundation had the opportunity to attend an Evening Training with The Butler County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit and The Andover KS Police Department K-9 Unit this evening. We were able to Learn a lot of information about the Unit and be part of the Action Following the Tracking Team and Being the Suspects for them to pull over and let the dogs sniff out the Decoy Drugs in the car. They trained on the Agility Course, Drug Detection on Luggage Tracking, Simulated traffic stop free air sniff training. It was an awesome experience and a great opportunity for us to learn about what they do and their mission.

Monthly Planning Meeting/Foundation Thanksgiving Dinner
On November 14th 2022 We had our Monthly Planning Meeting and The Foundation was able to provide a Thanksgiving Dinner to our Team, and Liaisons who were in Attendance from The Wichita Police Department, The Wichita Fire Department, The Wichita Police Foundation, The Sedgwick County Sheriffs Office, The Butler County Sheriffs Office and The Eastborough Police Department.
